i truly expected better. no water in the morning, what is this, a rustic cabin? i was nearly late because of this inconvenience. also, a welcome gift or even an upgrade woudl ve been nice since i booked a deluxe junior suite for two nights. almost gave you a good review, but just couldn’t.
